Wow! It is seldom I write a review but this extraordinary experience merits one. I took my truck in Monday June 3rd to repair a slow leak in my back right tire. I took my 2 year old with me and expected to wait a while because I just dropped in without an appt. The workers were timely, efficient, generous and kind. The total experience took 15 mins, they gave my son a bundle of candy and two flowers for mommy with a “Thank you for your business” ribbon tied in a knot, holding the two flowers together. I reached to pay and the gentlemen said, “no worries, keep us in mind for any future needed vehicle care”. Wow right?! When and where do you get this customer experience these days?! TPS is we’re you’ll find it! I will take my vehicles no where else. Thank you for focusing on customer experience TPS, it makes the difference. Jason Hinckley F150
