Hello i have a overheating problem with my camper truck . I have been towed to TPS at night with excellent service from Rich's towing company. The next morning the Manager of TPS took care of my problem even if he was over booked and went back on the road very soon after. Excellent service from all the staff with fare price. My daughter took her newer RAV4 in for the last 3 oil change and tire rotation services. They charged for the tire rotation each time but did not perform the service. It makes me wonder if they skipped the oil change too. This shop is not trustworthy. I will not return.

Hello John, I apologize for your feeling as we are not trustworthy. However we did rotate your tires and you were aware of this and brought the vehicle back a few days later because you wanted them rotated back due to tire wear. I am not sure where this is justified to tarnish a review like this. If you would like to discuss this matter more I would be happy to discuss.
