Great service

The most competitive prices in the state, with amazing service and easy to use payment method. I have recommended them to other terminals simply for the stress they can take away from managing a fleet.

Place ripped my cousin off. He took his new used truck in for a headlight repair and a once over. They charged him and said all was good. Got home headlight wasn't working, bulb was missing. I guess our fault for not checking there. Then hooked up to ODBII truck had 6 errors on it. While looking for filters noticed truck was dripping antifreeze. Guess they didn't look at it very carefully at all.

I understand how upset your cousin is, but he already left a bad review. I feel its very unfair to leave a review when you have not had a personal experience of your own. We feel terrible for him having a poor experience and hope one day to correct our mistake.

TPS not only handles my personal vehicle, but they repair and maintain my Fedex fleet of over 150 vehicles in 4 states. Excellent customer service and quick response in any emergency. I won't take any of my vehicles that need repaired anywhere else!

TPS not only works on my personal vehicles, but they repair and maintain over 150 of my companies fedex delivery vehicles. They're quick to respond to any emergencies we have and extremely knowledgeable about every repair I throw at them. Couldn't ask for a more friendly, efficient mechanic service. Highly recommend TPS!

Hate to be that person. We heard highly of this place. Told them to do a "once over" basically and see what was all needed for this used truck we bought. The previous owner took it there as well so we trusted them since they "knew" the truck. We had a broken headlight that didn't get fixed and we paid for it (and checked it the evening after we left the shop like dummies). They found nothing else. Called back next day to tell them nothing was fixed, they said to bring it back in and my husband ended up not wanting to take it back there. Took it to our mechanic and they found $7k worth of repairs. Which is fine it's used and used vehicles need love. This is all we wanted to know.
